change4planet exists to track real impact on this planet and to promote the good work people do not see. We document environmental interventions that have actually been deployed, we grade the evidence honestly, and we stay with every record over time: verification dates, failures, recoveries and all. We are here to stay.

change4planet.org is a working record of environmental interventions that have actually been deployed: what they cost, what they achieved, what went wrong, and where else they could work.

The registry is written for implementers: council officers, program managers, engineers, grant writers, and researchers deciding whether an intervention that worked somewhere could work where they are. It is not written for general audiences, and it does not campaign. The reader is assumed to be preparing a decision document and to need figures with units, years, currencies and sources.

Not a news site: nothing here is timely. Not an advocacy site: records do not argue that anything should be built. Not a showcase: there are no success stories, only records, and a record's grade does not improve because its outcome was welcome. Claims without measurement are recorded as claims (grade E4) and excluded from comparisons.

Failures are documented with the same rigour as successes. A database of successes is marketing. The registry records degraded, failed and discontinued interventions with mandatory failure analysis and right of reply, because knowing why a deployment failed elsewhere is worth as much to an implementer as knowing that one succeeded.

Four classes: urban heat, coastal, water, circular. The registry is capped at 40 records; depth of verification is preferred over breadth of coverage. References follow the format C4P-XXX-0000 (class code plus serial) and are permanent: a reference is never reassigned, even if its record is withdrawn.

The registry is a sole publication: one operator researches, grades and verifies the records, and the grading rubric is published in full at /method/grading so every judgment can be checked. A contact route for corrections, right of reply and citation reports will be published here; until it is, no correspondence channel is claimed.

No advertising. No sponsored records. No operator pays to be included, excluded, or graded differently. Records are reusable with attribution and ref number.
