This page tracks verified uses of registry records and grades in documents that carry decisions: council and committee papers, formal submissions to consultations or inquiries, grant applications, academic publications, media reporting, and policy documents. A citation is verified when the citing document is public, or a copy has been provided, and the reference to a registry record or grade can be read in it.
Records are built to be cited: every record page carries a ready citation line with its reference, grades, rubric version and last-verified date. Check the verification date before citing; records past their review-due date should be cited as historical.
